Anyone under the age of 18 will be tattooed or pierced only under the
following conditions:
- Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Parent must have state issued picture I.D. such as driver's license
or passport.
- Legal guardian must have I.D. as described for parent, plus court
decree granting guardianship with court seal
- Juvenile must have birth certificate with court seal, and one other
form of I.D. such as social security card, passport, school I.D.,
driver's license or state issued I.D. card. A school yearbook with name and picture is also acceptable.
- Emancipated minor must have driver's licence or passport and court
order with seal proving emancipated status.
